For years, the most repeated comment to our design team was “we love the performance of your cases, but can you somehow make them lighter?” Engineered to provide the strength of traditional plywood laminate cases, this durable lightweight polypropylene tri-laminate provides the best of both worlds. It is approximately 30% lighter and 100% recyclable. In addition, it is superfluous to temperature fluctuations. The unique cellular center layer provides incredible strength you can rely on day after day, year after year. After many years of searching for the proper alternative to plywood, the XLT-1 product has proven itself worthy of wearing the Anvil name.
