The telecoil eliminates the background noise and feedback problems which hearing aid users frequently experience while using a standard telephone. Because of its excellent sound quality, Relation can be used by the whole family.

Relation has the capability to connect directly to FM system. The Caller ID feature allows users to see the identity of the caller before they answer the phone and Relation's voicemail capacity makes it easy to retrieve and understand recorded messages. Relation's large alphanumeric LCD display and touch pad keys with high-contrast lettering and user friendly shape ensure trouble-free operation. Above all, Relation is easy to use - the user simply sets their hearing aid to the T-position (telecoil) and begins talking
